In 2025, Caroline Caylor launched Fueling Young Minds, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit STEM initiative dedicated to introducing underserved students, especially Hispanic youth, to career pathways in logistics, energy, and technology.
As part of this effort, she co-authored a bilingual English/Spanish children’s book that allows young readers to see themselves in industries where representation has long been missing.
“When children see someone who looks like them leading in fuel and energy, it reshapes what they believe is possible,” says Caroline .
Fueling Young Minds exists to be that example, expand access, and ensure that opportunity is not limited by background but powered by vision, education, and representation.
At its core, our mission is to ignite curiosity, provide pathways to meaningful careers, and empower the next generation of innovators.
We believe that representation matters and when a child can see it, they can achieve it.
